• Communications: emails, WhatsApp messages and call notes exchanged while we discuss or deliver work.

We do not ask for and do not want payment card numbers, passwords, or store admin credentials through this website.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to respond and maintain a normal business record, and then deleted or anonymised. Client project records are kept for the length of the engagement plus any period required by law.

Submissions are stored in an access-controlled database and transmitted over encrypted connections. Only the people who need access to respond to you have it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you.
